By creating an account or making a purchase in Chaos City, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Refund Policy described below.
Special Coins (SC) are a virtual currency for exclusive use within the game, with no monetary value outside of it and not convertible back into money. Once the payment is confirmed by the provider, SC are automatically credited to your account.
Each purchase generates a record in your purchase history, with a transaction reference used for support and traceability.
Because they are digital goods credited immediately, Special Coins purchases are, as a rule, non-refundable once credited to the account.
Refunds are reviewed in cases of duplicate charge, processing error, or credit not received. To request one, contact the official support channels providing the transaction reference available in the receipt and in the history.
Right of withdrawal and refund rights provided under applicable consumer protection legislation remain preserved.
It is prohibited to use fraudulent means to obtain SC, to resell items or currency for real money outside official channels, or to exploit bugs. Violations may result in account suspension without refund of balances.
These terms may be updated; material changes will be communicated in-game. Questions about payments or refunds should be directed to the official support channels.
